Bio:
Mr. Cecere was born and raised in South Florida. After high school, Mr. Cecere continued his educational journey by earning his AA from Palm Beach State College. Once Mr. Cecere knew he wanted to be in the classroom, he transferred to the University of Central Florida to earn his degree in Social Science Education. After Mr. Cecere interned at the high school and middle school level, he began his teaching career at Lake Nona Middle School, where he taught Social Studies for many years. Mr. Cecere also ran multiple clubs / organizations and the after school program. During this time, Mr. Cecere earned his master’s degree in Educational Leadership and transferred to Colonial High School as a Dean and then Instructional Coach, and eventually Assistant Principal. Mr. Cecere served the Grenadiers on both campuses for 5 years. Mr. Cecere has also worked as an AP at Cypress Creek High School, where he oversaw Social Studies, Attendance, and Operations. Mr. Cecere is thrilled to be apart of the admin team at Timber Springs and is excited to come back "home" to middle school. Mr. Cecere and his wife currently love to spend time with their son Cooper and dog, Fitzgerald.
